The following are the Terms of Use ("Terms”)
that govern use of Little Linguists Academy Inc.’s (“Little
Linguists”) services (“Services”). By using the Services,
you expressly agree to abide by these Terms and all applicable laws and
regulations governing these Services. If you violate these Terms, Little
Linguists may terminate your use of the Services. You must agree to these
Terms in order to purchase the Services.
Changes to the Terms of Use
The most current version of these Terms can be reviewed by clicking on the "Terms of Use" located at the bottom of the pages of the littlelinguistsacademy.com Web site. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. Your use of the Services or continued use of the Services after any changes are made means that you agree to be bound by such changes.Fees & Services
Payment of the monthly subscription fee entitles you to use the Services for a period of one (1) month. Unless you cancel your subscription pursuant to the terms set forth herein, your credit card will automatically be charged applicable fees plus applicable taxes every one (1) month period. YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION PRIOR TO THE END OF EACH ONE (1) MONTH PERIOD TO AVOID CHARGES TO YOUR CREDIT CARD. We will continue to bill your Credit Card every month until you cancel. We will begin billing your credit card upon submission of your credit card information and acceptance of these Terms. Thereafter, the subscription fee will be billed on each one (1) month anniversary of the date you initiated your subscription. You will not receive a notice from us that your card has been billed for the initial one (1) month period or any future one (1) month automatic renewal period.By accepting these Terms, you are expressly agreeing
that we are permitted to charge your credit card applicable fees and taxes
for the Services. You are responsible for providing a valid credit card
number at the time you subscribe for the Services. You represent and warrant
that you are an authorized user of such credit card, and you agree to
pay all charges resulting from your subscription at the prices then in
effect. You agree that Little Linguists may pass your credit card information
and related personally identifiable information to its designated service
provider(s) for their use in charging you the subscription fee. All subscription
fees are exclusive of sales or other taxes and you are responsible for
payment of any applicable state, local and city taxes. All fees and charges
are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or partial month credits. We
may change the fees and charges in effect, or add new fees and charges
from time to time, but we will give you advance notice of these changes
by e-mail. If you want to use a different credit card or if there is a
change in your credit card validity or expiration date, you may edit your
credit card information by going to the Paypal account you used or created
when you initially subscribed.
Once you have purchased your subscription, you will
receive an e-mail with instructions.
Improper Use of Services
The Services are available to any subscriber whose account is in good standing. Contact 1-877-557-9744 with questions about the Services. Little Linguists reserves the right to disqualify any subscriber from utilizing the Services for abuse, fraud or any violation of these Terms.Limitation of Liability
You agree that neither Little Linguists, nor its affiliates, respective shareholders, officers, directors, employees, or agents will be held liable, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, for any direct, indirect, punitive, special, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services, even if Little Linguists is made aware of the possibility of such damages.No Warranty
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. LITTLE LINGUISTS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.LITTLE LINGUISTS MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (i) THE SERVICES
WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (ii) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY,
OR ERROR-FREE, (iii) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF
THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, OR (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY
SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
